I-T Dept overview: Sena backs entertainer Sonu Sood, says BJP is playing ‘whimsical games’
Party mouthpiece Saamana, in a publication, said the I-T office’s activity started after the entertainer was designated brand minister of Delhi government’s ‘Desh ka Mentors’ program
Two days after the annual expense division studied the premises of Sonu Sood, the Shiv Sena on Friday showed up to openly endorse the Bollywood entertainer expressing that the studies started after Sood was designated the brand minister of Delhi government’s ‘Desh ka Mentors’ program.
The publication in party mouthpiece Saamana said the BJP had liked the guide stretched out by Sood to travelers, who had been battling to arrive at the places where they grew up when the Covid-19 pandemic broke out last year. The BJP had even scrutinized the Maha Vikas Aghadi (MVA) government why it couldn’t do what Sood was doing, it added.
“BJP was at the cutting edge in liking Sood’s work and was continually extending him as ‘our man’. In any case, when Sood
chosen to accomplish social work as the ‘brand minister’ of Kejriwal government’s instructive program in Delhi, the I-T office’s activity on his premises started,” the article said.
Naming the move an indication of bias, it added: “… the significance of rulers lies in regarding those with restricting perspectives. Making bogus claims against priests in Maharashtra, postponing the arrangement of 12 people to the Legislative Council, I-T study on Sonu Sood are indications of extremism and such puerile games will boomerang on them one day.”
The article comes after the I-T office on Wednesday overviewed somewhere around six premises in Mumbai and Lucknow associated with the entertainer
Sources said following grumblings asserting tax avoidance, the division is investigating a land bargain between Sood’s firm and a land organization in Lucknow.
The Sena said in the publication that since the BJP can’t come to control in Maharashtra by any means necessary, it is making obstructions through such activities taken with political feud.
“It has turned into a strategy to fix individuals who are not related with the BJP through analytical organizations. Neither have the clergymen of Maha Vikas Aghadi government got away from it nor have entertainers like Sonu Sood. The ploy is to trap Maharashtra pastors Anil Deshmukh, Anil Parab and MLA Pratap Saranaik,” said Sena.
