CM pays obeisance to Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji on Prakash Parv

Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on occasion of 551 years of Prakash Parv of Shri Guru Nanak Dev ji visited Sri Gurudwara Sahib Bus Stand Shimla today and paid his obeisance.

Chief Minister was presented a ‘Siropa’ by the President of Shri Gurudwara Singh Sabha Prabandhak Committee Shimla Jasvinder Singh.

Speaker State Vidhan Sabha Vipin Singh Parmar and Urban Development Minister Suresh Bhardwaj were present on the occasion among others.

Later, the Chief Minister along with the Speaker and Urban Development Minister visited the Mall Shimla to get firsthand knowledge regarding  how effectively general people as well as tourists were following the SOP issued by the  State Government for using face masks and social distancing.
