Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal Said That Education Is The Best Medium To Impart Moral Values In Children.

Chandigarh, November 20 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that education is the best medium to impart moral values in children. Besides this, work should be done to include ancient methods like Yagya and Yoga in education. As the chief guest, the Chief Minister graced the occasion of the annual festival at Om Yoga Institute, Pali on Sunday.

While addressing the gathering, the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal said that 24 years ago, Swami Om Prakash Maharaj laid the foundation of this ashram which has now been developed into a large centre of Yoga and Ancient Education. Praising the children performing yoga practice, he said that these children have shown the strength of adopting yoga practice. He said that today the entire world has adopted   yoga. He said that the state government has developed more than 1000 Vyayamshalas in the villages of the state to promote yoga. He said that in future arrangements will also be made to appoint yoga teachers at all these Vyayamshalas. He appealed to Swami Om Prakash Maharaj to arrange yoga teachers in 10 gymnasiums based in the district.

On this occasion, Swami Om Prakash Maharaj expressed gratitude to the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal and apprised about the successful journey of 24 years of the ashram. Transport Minister, Sh. Mool Chand Sharma MLA, Smt. Seema Trikha, Tigaon MLA, Sh. Rajesh Nagar, Prithla MLA, Sh. Nayan Pal Rawat and many dignitaries were present on the occasion.
