HP Cabinet Decisions

The State Cabinet in its meeting held here today under the Chairmanship of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur decided to create and filling up 104 posts of Medical Officers (Dental) on contract basis to provide specialized dental health care facilities to the people of the State nearer to their home. 50 percent posts would be filled up through HPPSC and 50 percent posts would be on batchwise basis.

It also decided to open 22 Homeopathic Health Centres under Ayush Department in various parts of the State alongwith creation and filling up of 22 posts of Homeopathic Medical Officers to manage these centres.

The Cabinet gave its approval to fill up 164 (newly created and vacant) posts of Technical Assistant in Panchayati Raj Department through Himachal Pradesh Staff Selection Commission Hamirpur.

The Cabinet gave its nod to provide monthly salary on the basis of daily rate at par with class III employees (at present Rs. 396 per day) to those Silai  Adhyapikas who have completed 12 years of continuous service in gram panchayats.

In order to boost tourism and provide better connectivity to the residents of Himachal Pradesh, the Cabinet gave its approval to the draft MoU with Alliance Air Aviation Ltd. to start flights in two sectors i.e. Shimla-Kullu-Shimla (4 times a week) and Shimla-Dharamshala-Shimla (3 times a week).

It decided to upgrade Primary Heath Centre Ginni in Sirmaur district to Community Health Centre alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It gave its nod to open new Primary Health Centres at Dharchandna and Kayotholi in GP Kiran in district Shimla alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

The Cabinet decided to upgrade Health Sub Centre Dyotha in district Kullu to Primary Health Centre.

It gave its approval to upgrade Primary Health Centre Chhatri in district Mandi to Community Health Centre alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to open Health Sub Centre at Doghara in GP Mund-dal in district Kullu alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It provided its nod to create Health Sub Centre at Lassi in GP Chhatri in district Mandi alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It approved to open new Primary Health Centre at Dharotdhar in GP Musrani in district Mandi alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It decided to create new Elementary Education Block at Sanaura in Sirmaur district by bifurcating Elementary Education Block Rajgarh alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It decided to open new Primary School at Chayala in GP Bathlag in Education Block Kuthar in Solan district.

It also decided to open new Primary School in Thach Khanyar in GP Saroa under Education Block Bagsiad in district Mandi.

The Cabinet decided to start Science classes in Government Senior Secondary Schools, Sari Bhekhali and Commerce classes in Government Senior Secondary School Fozal in district Kullu alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It decided to upgrade Government Middle School Karol in Kasauli assembly constituency of Solan district to Government High School alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to upgrade Government Primary School Bobri in Paonta Sahib Assembly constituency of Sirmaur district to Government Middle School alongwith creation and filling up requisite posts.

The Cabinet gave its consent to upgrade Government Primary Schools Devithach and Talarah in Kullu district, GPSs Tandi, Majhol Talwara and Shilh in Mandi district and GPS Kahvi in Bilaspur district to Government Middle Schools alongwith creation and filling up of 18 posts of different categories to manage these schools.

It decided to rename Government High School Uttapar in district Bilaspur as Shaheed Vijay Kumar Government High School Uttapar as a mark of respect to the martyr.

It also decided to start science and commerce classes in Government Senior Secondary Schools Bathara and Ghanur and Science (medical) classes in Government Senior Secondary School Karoa in district Kangra.

It also decided to upgrade Government Primary School, Jattota in Chamba district to Government Middle School alongwith creation and filling up of three posts of different categories.

It gave its nod to upgrade veterinary dispensary Sainj in district Mandi to veterinary hospital alongwith creation and filling up of three posts of different categories.

It also gave its consent to upgrade veterinary dispensary Dhaneta in district Hamirpur to veterinary hospital alongwith creation and filling up of three posts of different categories.

It gave its nod to open new veterinary dispensary at Kamah in Theog assembly constituency of Shimla district alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It decided to upgrade veterinary dispensary Jassai in Kangra district and veterinary dispensary Sansal to veterinary hospitals alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to upgrade veterinary dispensaries, Gamberpul (Haripur) and Bhojnagar in district Solan to veterinary hospitals alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

The Cabinet gave its nod to upgrade veterinary dispensary Bagra-Galu (Jhanjhel) in Mandi district to veterinary hospital alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to open Agriculture Extension Centre at Geharwin in Jhanduta tehsil of Bilaspur district alongwith creation and filling up of two posts of different categories.

The Cabinet gave its approval to upgrade Civil Hospital Bagsiad to 100 bedded Hospital alongwith creation and filling up 23 posts of different categories.

It decided to open new Health Sub Centres Kandhi in GP Kandhi, at Shanash in GP Ghaini Shaindal and at Pokhi in GP Pokhi in district Mandi alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to upgrade Government High School Bhalan in Kullu district to Government Senior Secondary School, Government Middle School Mihar in Kullu district, Government Middle School Bajehal in Mandi district to Government High Schools and Government Primary School Karthach in Mandi disrict to Government Middle School alongwith creation and filling up of 26 posts of different categories.

It gave its nod to open new Ayurvedic Health Centres at Pahari Chikani in Solan district, at Dhar in GP Kandi Sapnot in Mandi district and at Nalsuha in Kangra district alongwith creation and filling up of three posts each of different categories for these Centres.

It also gave its nod to create and fill up 14 posts of different categories on contract basis for smooth functioning in RCFC-NR-I at RIISM Jogindernagar in district Mandi.

It gave its consent to open new Kanungo circle at Bhambla in Mandi district by bifurcating Kanungo circles of Baldwara, Samaila and Dalawan.

It decided to create new patwar circle at Chowki in district Mandi by bifurcating patwar circles Mandap and Chhatar alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

The Cabinet gave its nod to create new Sub Division (Civil) office at Baddi in Solan district to facilitate the people of the area.

It decided to rename Government High School Tepra in district Bilaspur as Government High School Dabar.

It also gave its nod to upgrade Government Primary School Bhekhali in district Mandi to Government Middle School alongwith creation and filling up of three posts of different categories.

It decided to open new Sub Division of Jal Shakti Department at Didwin Tikkar under Division Hamirpur and one new Section at Didwin Tikkar to facilitate the people of the area alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It also decided to create and fill up eight posts of Superintendent Grade-I in Revenue Department (One each in 8 DC offices).

The Cabinet decided to give six months relaxation to submit requisite documents required for registration under Mukhya Mantri HIMCARE Scheme to the orphans residing in government orphanages, elders living in government oldage homes and women residing in government shelter homes for women.

It gave its nod to issue Letter of Intent for setting up of Winery at Village and P.O. Mauza Kheri in tehsil Nahan of Sirmaur district in favour of M/s Shivalik Industries.

It also gave its nod to create 9 posts of Senior Executive Officer in 9 Municipal Councils of the State and creation of two posts of Sanitary Inspectors in MC, Shimla.

It decided to open new Industrial Training Institute in Upper Balh area of Mandi district.

It also decided to create new PWD Division at Nerwa in district Shimla by excluding three sub divisions Shalu at Nerwa, PIU Nerwa and Kupvi from Chopal Division to facilitate the people of the area.

It gave its nod to open new PWD Division at Patta Mahlog in district Solan by transferring Sub Division Chandi of Kasauli Division and Baddi Sub Division of Nalagarh Division.

The Cabinet decided to open new Development Block Offices at Jwali in Kangra district and at Koti in district Chamba alongwith creation and filling up of 9 posts each of different categories for smooth functioning of these offices.

It decided to open new Health Sub Centre at Nashla in GP Nathan in Kullu district alongwith creation and filling up of requisite posts.

It gave its nod to rename Government Degree College Nihri in district Mandi as Swami Vivekanand Government Degree College Nihri.

It decided to take over Goswami Ganesh Dutt Sanatan Dharam College Subhathu in district Solan.

It also gave its nod to create new patwar circle at Mooring in Jahlama Sub Tehsil of district Lahaul-Spiti.

The Cabinet gave its approval to Himachal Pradesh News Website/Web Portal, Advertisements and Recognition and Accreditation Policy, 2022.

It decided to create and fill up four posts of Cardio vascular Technologist in Atal Institute of Medical Super Speciality, Chamiyana, Shimla for its smooth functioning.

The Cabinet gave its approval to create separate Irrigation Wing in Jal Shakti Vibhag alongwith upgradation of one post of Chief Engineer (D &M) to that of Engineer in Chief (Irrigation and Flood Control).

It gave its nod to open new Sub Fire Station at Kaza in Lahaul-Spiti district and upgradation of Fire Post at Thunag in Mandi district to Sub Fire Station alongwith creation and filling up of 23 and 16 posts respectively for smooth functioning of these centers.
