JNUEE 2020 Application Deadline extended amidst Corona outbreak

Jawahar Lal Nehru (JNU) entrance exam application deadline has been extended amidst the corona outbreak, for the centre has imposed a lockdown.

The students’ union requested the varsity administration to extend the deadline because of the national lockdown imposed by the Centre to arrest the spread of COVID-19.

JNU VC M Jagadesh Kumar said, “challenging time is going on where to contain the spread of pandemic  such as COVID-19 in India- there is lockdown; the application deadline for the JNUEE has been extended and students can particularly  use this time for the preparations and filling up of application. Wish all the JNU aspirants good luck.”

Students can also visit the National Testing Agency website for the new date of the entrance exam,” he said.

Jawaharlal Nehru University Entrance Exam 2020, the date of online application has been extended to 30th April from 31st of March

The total number of coronavirus cases across the country climbed to 1590. The death toll due to the COVID-19 rose to 45, the Ministry of Health and Family Welfare said.

Jawahar Lal University was established in 1969 and is a public central university in New Delhi.
