Directors of Atulaya Healthcare assaulted by Building owner at Sector 11 Chandigarh.
The incident took place in Posh Sector 11 of Chandigarh. According to the director of Atulaya Health care the Owner of the Property trespassed at the Atulaya Health Care centre at sector 11 Chandigarh and assaulted the directors miss behaved with the staff.
Property owners reject allegations, say only a heated argument took place, file a separate complaint with the police.
As per Mr Anuj Gupta Director Atulaya health Care, they operate the Sector 11 Centre at a rented accommodation in Sector 11, has accused the owner of their property of trespassing, assault and criminal intimidation and threatened the directors.
After the incident, the pictures and videos have done viral on social media.
The directors of Atulaya Healthcare said that the owner of their property, Vinod Singla, and his son, Karan Singla who owns prominent Kumar and Company Chemist shop in Sector 11 market — along with some others, on Tuesday, entered the property forcefully tried to evacuate the property and wanted to take control of the same.
As seen in the CCTV footage one of the person can also be seen forcing one of the staff members to leave the billing counter and wanted to take control of the same. The entire incident was captured in CCTV cameras installed on the premises.
The CCTV footage also shows scuffles, ruckus, and both the parties throwing punches at each other. In the footage, few men were also seen caring sticks, iron rods.
Anuj Gupta, director of Atulaya Healthcare, said, Pankaj Kansal, another person has also received injuries after being attacked by them. More than 24 hours have passed since the incident but Chandigarh police have not taken any legal action.
As per Anuj Gupta, he had approached the Police station and given the written complaint to the concerned SHO but no action has been taken till now whereas all the CCTV footage clearly shows how the goons have trespassed the property and created rucks.
More inputs are awaited and Police has still to record the statement of both parties.
