Mission Fateh 10 girl trainees of Govt ITI (Women) Mohali selected for placement

As clear manifestation of the realization of the one of the most significant objectives of Mission Fateh, the 10 girl trainees of Sewing Technology and Surface Ornamentation Techniques trade of Government Industrial Training Institute (w), Mohali at Phase 5 have been selected for the job during the campus interview and given an annual package of Rs. 1.5 lakh by the company.

The District Nodal Officer and Principal of ITI(w) Mohali Mr. Shamsher Purkhalvi said that the local Messrs. Virsa Clothing Company has selected 10 girls who have been given letters of appointment for regular employment after one month of practical training. He said that all out efforts are being made by the entire staff to create employment opportunities for all the trainees related to various trades of the institute after the course.

The girl trainees selected by the company expressed their happiness and special thanks to the officials of the institute and the officials of department for their efforts in enabling them to earn a living today. Instructors Mr. Varinderpal Singh Khalsa, Mr. Rakesh Kumar, Mrs. Amritbir Kaur Hundal, Mrs. Jasvir Kaur Saini, Mrs. Rajni Banga, Apprentice Amandeep Kaur, Anjali Kumari, Jaspreet Kaur, Shivani and Rajwinder Kaur among others were present on this occasion.
