NEW UPDATES ON JNU VIOLENCE: The police fired FIR against the JNUSU president Aishe Ghosh. Other communities from all over the country are standing in solidarity with JNU after a mob beat up the students and teachers inside the university campus on Sunday night. As the charges and counter-charges fly thick and fast, all eyes were now on the investigation into the rampage.
The Delhi police had filed an FIR against the president and other nineteen members (which are on the list). On the accusation of attacking security guards and vandalizing server room on 4th January 2020. JNU administrator fired the FIR. And the FIR was registered on 5th January 2020.
The very burning topic nowadays is JNU. The protest has been going in several states. A protest against JNU violence has been going from today early morning at Gateway of India, Mumbai. Police appealed to move them into the Azad Maidan, and some of the protestors were got arrested.
Similarly, the protests were going on in so many other states as well. On the Gateway of India, posters were seen saying, “free Kashmir.”
