The Prime Minister, Shri Narendra Modi paying floral tributes to Babu Jagjivan Ram on his birth anniversary, which is observed as Samatha Diwas, during the launch of 'Stand up India' and e-Rickshaw distribution programme, in Noida, Uttar Pradesh on April 05, 2016. The Governor of Uttar Pradesh, Shri Ram Naik, the Union Minister for Finance, Corporate Affairs and Information & Broadcasting, Shri Arun Jaitley and the Minister of State for Culture (Independent Charge), Tourism (Independent Charge) and Civil Aviation, Dr. Mahesh Sharma are also seen.
