All Schools in Chandigarh may remain closed till 15^th May.

After the decision taken by Punjab Government now, Chandigarh Administration may also take a similar step.

Chandigarh administration may now decide to declare early summer vacations in government and Private schools till 15^th May.

These holidays will be treated as advance summer vacations of both government and private schools to cope with the study losses due to lockdown imposed to avert COVID-19.

Also, these lockdown of schools would be treated as summer vacations. All the schools may be closed until 15^th May.

The decision is still to be taken by the Chandigarh administration

Advance Summer vacation decision would be taken as a precautionary measure to prevent the possibility of the spread of COVID-19 amongst our children this step has been taken.

Final Decision would be taken on Monday i.e 14^th April
