The municipal corporation in the ongoing outbreak of COVID-19 has identified 500 vegetable and fruit vendors across the Chandigarh City for the supply of the same at door-to-door in different areas of the city from Wednesday.
The department has ensured the proper check of the pricing as all are covered under the essential services.
The UT administration has also tied up with Verka to ensure the supply of milk, curd, butter, and related dairy products, claiming the supply will be normal from Wednesday.
