Overnight rainfall and heavy snowfall in upper reaches, Doda District
The high altitude areas of Doda district received Overnight rainfall and heavy snowfall in upper reaches. With this fresh snow fall the temperature was dipped further. Following this snow fall the icy winds especially during morning and evening hours has forced people to remain indoors. The early snowfall this year has brightened the chances of sufficient water in the summer
Fresh snowfall in Jammu and Kashmir’s district Doda bring cheers on the faces of people and farmers. Mostly all the link roads closed for traffic on precautionary measures and some area received landslides.
On the one side farmers are cheering for fresh snowfall as it increases the ground level of water on the other hand people living in remote areas faces tough time due lack of ration, electricity and road connectivity.
