Haryana News Update as on 2nd May 2020

Haryana News Update. To facilitate the stranded persons and migrant workers for interstate movement (both inward and outward) in Haryana, the State Government has launched a web page https://edisha.gov.in/eForms/MigrantService for online registration of the migrant workers who wish to return to their home states.

In a major crackdown, Haryana Police has seized 5200 boxes of illicit Indian Made Foreign Liquor (IMFL) in Sonipat district when the consignment was being smuggled in trucks during the ongoing Covid-19 lockdown.

For the safety of all its employees, the Haryana Department of Secondary Education has directed its employees to download the ‘Arogya Setu’ app on their mobile phones so that the chain of infection of COVID-19 can be broken.

Haryana Chief Minister, Mr. Manohar Lal, while advising the leaders of the opposition parties to desist from political mongering in this hour of Corona crisis said that we all must face this Pandemic unitedly.
