Adding another feature in the registration of land deeds at its modernized tehsils across the state, the Haryana Government has launched Tatkal Appointment Service.

- Chandigarh, March 23—Adding another feature in the registration of land deeds at its modernized tehsils across the state, the Haryana Government has launched Tatkal Appointment Service.
- Disclosing this here today, Additional Chief Secretary and Financial, Commissioner Revenue, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, said provision had been made to enable an applicant to book deed registration appointment on a tatkal basis for getting the deed registered on an urgent basis.
- Those wanting to make use of this service can book Tatkal appointments online for getting the deed registered by paying Tatkal fee of Rs 25,000 in the form of E-challan. Such an appointment can be booked only on the day of registration from 8.00 am onwards.
- In each tehsil, 10 appointment slots have been reserved for Tatkal service in addition to the 100 normal appointment slots, Mr Kaushal added.
- How to go about the task:
- a) Visit egrashry.nic.in portal and click on the link; pay Tatkal Appointment Service charges
- b) Enter the details asked by the system and generate the E-Challan by paying Rs 25,000 online using net banking, Debit card etc.
- c) Book the Deed Appointment by visiting the Jamabandi.nic.in portal. This portal will ask the type of appointment i.e. normal or Tatkal, choose Tatkal and enter details of the E-challan
- d) Enter details of the property and parties to complete the appointment booking.
- e) On successful booking of the appointment the applicant will get SMS on the mobile.
