Many cases have been exposed and the public has also come to know about all these cases. Whether one believes it or not, the system of CM Window and Twitter handle started by the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal is proving to be effective in many ways including the matter of hearing public grievances and resolving them immediately.
According to OSD to the Chief Minister, Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, the complaints, problems and suggestions which are received through this system are resolved in the shortest possible time by the Chief Minister’s Office by taking immediate cognizance and the complainant is informed on his mobile or through a retweet regarding the status of his complaint. Due to this, public representatives, government employees and officials have also become alert.
Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal informed that a complaint was received against Yatindra Kumar, a Sanskrit teacher of Government Senior Secondary School, Sehatpur in Faridabad district, that while being a DDO, he had not given the charge of Rashtriya Shiksha Abhiyan, Sarva Shiksha Abhiyan and other accounts to other DDOs. Between 2011 and 2014, an amount of Rs 37,16,704 was received for the school fund, but there is a huge discrepancy in the bills presented by him. He said that cognizance was taken on this by the Chief Minister’s Office and chargesheet was filed against the guilty DDO and a three-member inquiry committee of Accounts Officers was constituted by the Education Department Headquarters. During investigation, it was found that school uniforms, furniture and other construction materials were purchased without taking quotations and the signatures of the school management committee were not taken on it. He said that in view of the seriousness of the irregularities in the matter, Sanskrit teacher Yatindra Kumar was suspended and instructions were given by the three-member committee to transfer the DDO charge of Government Senior Secondary School, Sehatpur to someone else immediately. Action was taken on the basis of the information sought by the complainant under RTI and he was informed about the status of the proceedings on his mobile number, to which the complainant expressed his satisfaction that after a long fight, CM Window proved to be a boon for him. And the wrongdoers have also been warned by it.
In another case from Mahendragarh on September 14, 2021 in a tweet to @PMOIndia, @cmohry it was informed that the payment of MGNREGA wages of Muster Roll 58 and 127 of Jadwa village is pending for more than two months. The wages should be deposited in the account as soon as possible.
According to Sh. Bhupeshwar Dayal, immediate cognizance of this was taken and instructions were given to the Block Development and Panchayat Officer, Satnali that the MGNREGA wages should be paid immediately. He said that the complainant in his retweet on September 24 to @cmohry, @Dchautala, @PMOIndia thanked the Chief Minister.
He said that the resolution of the complaint, sent on the Twitter handle, in just three and a half hours would probably be the first example in the history of Haryana. Gurmeet Singh, father of Asmeet Kaur from Kaithal, tweeted on September 30, 2021 that despite showing the receipt for the deposit of board fee of Rs 2300, OSDAV School, Kaithal (Haryana) refused to send his daughter’s name for 10+2 (Non Medical) board paper. On the same day, the complainant thanked the prompt action taken by the Chief Minister’s Office that precious one year of his daughter was saved. He said that there are many such cases that many girl students have got degrees and scholarships from the university through this system. People have thanked the officials associated with CM Window and Twitter handle personally or through correspondence.
