Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, expressed optimism that the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 will pass the judicial procedure and the youth of Haryana will get the right to employment.

Chandigarh, February 3- Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala, expressed optimism that the Haryana State Employment of Local Candidates Act, 2020 will pass the judicial procedure and the youth of Haryana will get the right to employment. The Deputy Chief Minister stated that he is awaiting the written copy of the court’s stay order and would evaluate it as quickly as possible with the Government’s legal experts. Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that after reviewing the written order, the state government would soon take the next legal step and get this law implemented in the state. He further added that all the alternative provisions have been given in the law clarifying all the doubts and problems of the industrialists and it is a completely constitutionally sound law.

The Deputy Chief Minister stated that he has been dedicated from the outset to ensuring that Haryanvi youth have access to jobs in the state, and that a struggle would be waged at every level to achieve this goal. Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that the industries established in Haryana use the resources and infrastructure here and the laws of the state government are applicable to all. He said that the provision of providing employment to the local youth is also a part of the agreement to set up industries, which industrialists have been avoiding till now. While assuring the youth of the state, Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala said that this Act will be implemented by taking relief from the legal process, and in any situation the youth of Haryana will be given a share in local jobs, even if another method or provision is required the same will be adopted.
