Haryana Chief Minister receive COVID-19 Commitment Award

This award belongs not only to me but to every COVID-19 Warrior, Manohar Lal

Chandigarh, March 16: Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal has been honoured with the COVID-19 Commitment Award by Asia One Magazine. He got this honour for his contribution to the revival of the state’s economy and for the collective efforts made for the welfare of the society despite the challenging Pandemic times.

While receiving this honour, the Chief Minister said that it is not his honour alone as this award belongs to each COVID-19 Warrior of the state.

The award was given by the team of Asia One Magazine at the Chief Minister’s residence today in Chandigarh.

Sh. Manohar Lal also addressed the team members of Asia One magazine and other award winners through video messages.

He said that this award belongs to all those COVID-19 warriors of Haryana who, without thinking about their lives, day and night served the patients and made people aware of the Pandemic.

Spirit of doing good for the society did not stop despite the lockdown

        The Chief Minister said that despite the lockdown, the spirit of serving the society among the people did not stop. They went door-to-door to ensure delivery of daily necessities and medicines to the needy.

People arranged accommodation and food for the needy who were stranded far away from home.  During this, the government also responsibly helped every needy person, added Sh. Manohar Lal.

I am grateful to every COVID warrior: Chief Minister

I am grateful to all the  COVID Warriors as because of them, we became successful in controlling this Pandemic in the state. I congratulate all the humanitarians and assure them that I am always be ready to serve the people of the state, added Sh.  Manohar Lal.

The Chief Minister also thanked the team of the magazine.
