Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today attended the ‘Rasampagri’ ceremony of Late Smt. Mayavanti at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Gurdwara in Bawani Khera town of district Bhiwani and offered his condolences.

Chandigarh, February 27 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today attended the ‘Rasampagri’ ceremony of Late Smt. Mayavanti at Baba Banda Singh Bahadur Gurdwara in Bawani Khera town of district Bhiwani and offered his condolences.
Smt. Mayavanti was the mother-in-law of Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal’s brother Sh. Charanjit Khattar. Smt. Mayavanti left for her heavenly abode at the age of 90 on February 19.
During the condolence meeting, the Chief Minister paid homage by offering flowers on the photograph of Smt. Mayavanti. In his condolence message, the Chief Minister said that Smt Mayavanti was a woman of religious views and always showed great interest towards social work. She will also always be remembered for her good and kind nature.
During the Rasampagri ceremony, Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal’s brother Sh. Charanjit Khattar along with his wife Smt. Pushpa Khattar, Smt. Mayavanti’s family members and many dignitaries were also present.
