Chandigarh, April 4 – Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal visited venue where 400th Prakash Utsav of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji will be organised. This religious programme will be organised in Sectors 13-17 at Panipat on April 24, 2022. During his visit he gave necessary guidelines to the concerned officers.
In response to a question asked by a journalist after the inspection, the Chief Minister said that people and followers of Sikh communities from across the country and State will participate in this programme along with the people from various social and religious organizations. He added that people will be able to get detailed information related to the sacrifices and teachings of Sri Guru Tegh Bahadur ji. He said that other dignitaries will also be invited to this programme through invitations.
During his visit, Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal also took detailed information by visiting the venue. Deputy Commissioner, Sh. Sushil Sarwan presented a blueprint prepared keeping detailed information before the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal and gave full details of the programme.
In response to the question raised by the media persons, the Chief Minister said that this is a religious and cultural programme led by Haryana Government. It is not related to any political party. The opposition party members will also be invited to this programme. He further said that Leader of the Opposition, Sh. Bhupinder Singh Hooda also attended a meeting of Organizing Committee held in Chandigarh regarding preparations of this programme. This programme is a religious and social event above all political parties.
On this occasion, MP, Sh. Sanjay Bhatia, Rural MLA, Sh. Mahipal Dhanda, Urban MLA, Sh. Pramod Vij, Mayor, Smt, Avneet Kaur, Former Minister, Sh. Krishan Lal Panwar, Baba Rajendra Singh from Israna Sahib Gurdwara and other senior officers were present on the occasion.
