Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala has directed all the Deputy Commissioners and Revenue Officers of the state to create property IDs in all the 73 Municipal Councils and Municipal areas of the state.
- Chandigarh, June 17- Haryana Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Dushyant Chautala has directed all the Deputy Commissioners and Revenue Officers of the state to create property IDs in all the 73 Municipal Councils and Municipal areas of the state. For this the Deputy Chief Minister has given stipulated time of 6 months. Along with this, he also directed to prepare the details of the Panchayats of the villages coming under their respective areas in the next 15 days and the constructions on those lands so that their property ID can be made under the ‘Svamitva Yojana’.
- The Deputy Chief Minister, who also holds the portfolio of Revenue and Disaster Management and Development and Panchayat Department, today presided over a review meeting of the Deputy Commissioners of the State regarding ‘Svamitva Yojana’ through video conferencing.
- On this occasion, Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Department, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal, Additional Chief Secretary, Development and Panchayat Department, Sh. Amit Jha, Additional Principal Secretary to Chief Minister and Director General, Information, Public Relations and Languages Department, Dr. Amit Agrawal, Urban Local Bodies Department, Director, Sh. Ashok Meena, Special Secretary of Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Smt. Amna Tasneem, OSD to Deputy Chief Minister, Sh. Kamlesh Bhadoo besides other senior officers of Survey of India were also present. Deputy Commissioners from all the districts were also connected through video conferencing.
- Sh. Dushyant Chautala directed all the Deputy Commissioners to prepare online details of the properties of rural areas as well as urban areas and generate their IDs as well. He ordered to set up a team of officers to expedite this work in the villages and prepare records of schools, dharamshala, rajbaha, nala, playground, Mela ground, or any other building and properties built on panchayati land. So that separate property IDs of all these established on Panchayati land can be generated.
- He directed the Deputy Commissioners to settle the property disputes on priority so that the property ID could be generated within the stipulated period. He also directed to classify these disputes so that a simple way of resolving them could be found.
- Additional Chief Secretary, Revenue and Disaster Management Department, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal directed the Deputy Commissioners to accelerate the work of property registration so that they should complete the mapping work in the next three months. In the meeting, many other topics related to the Revenue Department including Digi Locker, Modern Record Room, online Jamabandi were discussed in detail. During this, taking the details of the progress report from the respective districts, necessary directions were given to them.
