In a statement issued today, the Deputy Chief Minister said that Haryana has taken continuous steps towards progress and development since November 1, 1966, due to its hard working people. He exhorted the people of the state to work hard in the same way, considering ‘Karm’ as supreme he added that the positive identity of any State is only due to its hardworking and honest citizens.
While extending warm wishes on this holy festival, he has wished them happiness and prosperity. The Deputy Chief Minister said that in Indian culture, four types of ‘Purushartha’ have been described along with profound meaning and dhanteras signifies this.
He expressed hope that according to the spirit of Antyodaya of the former Deputy Prime Minister, Sh. Chaudhary Devi Lal ji, which signifies that even the last person of the society should get equal happiness and prosperity. On this day, ‘Vaidyas’ worship Lord Dhanvantari. Therefore, on the occasion of Dhanteras and Dhanvantari Jayanti, one should pray to attain good health along with prosperity, so that a healthy and prosperous society can be created.
