Haryana Government has started a YouTube channel for the students of Sanskrit language called ‘Haryana Sanskrit Academy’. The language will now be brought to the digital platform. Soon an ‘app’ of the Sanskrit Academy will also be launched.

- Chandigarh, March 5: Haryana Government has started a YouTube channel for the students of Sanskrit language called ‘Haryana Sanskrit Academy’. The language will now be brought to the digital platform. Soon an ‘app’ of the Sanskrit Academy will also be launched.
- Giving information about this, Director, Haryana Sanskrit Academy, Dr. Dinesh Shastri said that Sanskrit language works in the spirit of Vasudhaiva Kutumbakam. There is knowledge, there is science in Sanskrit.
- He said that the State Government is making every effort to promote Sanskrit as a language. The present government has established the 11th Sanskrit University in Kaithal during its tenure and also established the Sanskrit Board. Earlier, students of Sanskrit language used to give Sanskrit exams through other states, now students of the state will not have to go to other states to study the language. In addition, Sanskrit scholars are awarded from time to time through the academy. The State Government will soon honour 29 Sanskrit scholars.
