Chandigarh, December 1 – Haryana Governor, Sh. Bandaru Dattatraya congratulated the newly appointed Haryana Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal on taking the charge of the post of Chief Secretary.
Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal visited Raj Bhawan today to pay a courtesy call on Governor, Sh. Bandaru Dattatraya. He discussed the administrative set-up of the state with the Governor.
Sh. Dattatraya said that as the new Chief Secretary of the state, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal will coordinate as a team with all administrative officers and every person of Haryana will get benefits of schemes of the government. Sh. Kaushal will build healthy relations and a positive environment within the administrative system, the Governor added.
During the interaction, they both discussed the preparations of the International Gita Mahotsav being organized in Kurukshetra and took feedback. They felt the requirement to modernize the pilgrimage places of Kurukshetra and the surrounding area to enhance the recognition of Kurukshetra at International level.
On this occasion, Chief Secretary, Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal assured the Governor that the policies of the government would be fully implemented under his guidance. The development works of the state will gain more momentum by establishing better coordination between the government and the administrative machinery. Sh. Kaushal assured the speedy disposal of problems of the common man and bringing transparency in the administration would be his priority. Sh. Sanjeev Kaushal apprised the Governor that Antyodaya Gram Utthan Melas being organized across the State. Through these Melas, the people with less than Rs one lakh annual income will be identified and self-employment opportunities will be provided through schemes and programmes of the state government.
