Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya has extended his hearty congratulations and best wishes to Ms Nirchara
Chandigarh, October 31, 2021 – Haryana Governor Shri Bandaru Dattatraya has extended his hearty congratulations and best wishes to Ms Nirchara, a student of Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment, Gurugram Centre, for winning bronze medal at the World Deaf Judo Championship-2021 organized in France.
Shri Dattatraya said that Nirchara has brought laurels to the state as well as the country by her feat. He has wished all the best to the entire Indian team who won the Judo Championship bronze medal.
The Governor has also congratulated Ms Nirchara’s parents and family members for their success. Ms Nirchara is a resident of Jaitpur village in Jhajjar district. Her brother Hrithik had also won a bronze medal in the World Deaf Wrestling Championship in 2018-19 while studying at Gurugram centre of Haryana Welfare Society for Persons with Speech and Hearing Impairment.
Shri Dattatraya has also greeted Haryanavi diaspora spread across the globe, urging them to come forward and contribute to help Haryana achieve excellence in the field science, technology and emerging technologies such as Internet of Things, block chain technology, and artificial intelligence! He has also conveyed special greetings to sports persons for their stellar performance in the Tokyo Olympics and Paralympics!
Shri Dattatraya said that Haryana is one of the leading states in the country in terms of per capita income, thanks to rapid and holistic development in various fields. Through its progressive social and economic policies and programs, the state is playing an important role in strengthening the country’s economy and democratic values as well. In Haryana, many schemes of ‘Antodaya’ are being implemented in line with the principle of ‘Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikas Aur Sabka Vishwas, he said.
The Governor said that many schemes like ‘Meri Fasal, Mera Byora,’ ‘Bhavantar Bharpayee Yojana’ and ‘Har Khet, Swasth Khet’ have been started for farmers, who have hugely benefited from these. The state has attractive infrastructure. Many welfare schemes have been implemented to take the benefits of development and progress to every section of the society.
Shri Dattatraya said that today when the country is celebrating ‘Azadi Ka Amrit Mahotsav’ to mark 75 years of Independence, Haryana has achieved many milestones in education, self-reliance, health, security, and other fields, giving a new dimension to good governance.
Wishing the state’s prosperity and progress on the auspicious occasion of Haryana Diwas, Shri Dattatraya has hoped and prayed for happiness and enthusiasm in the life of every Haryanavi.
