- Chandigarh, July 9- Haryana Home and Health Minister, Sh. Anil Vij informed that developmental works costing more than Rs. 1,195 lakh have been sanctioned for new developmental works in Ambala Cantonment Assembly Constituency.
- With the approval of these works, new dimensions of developmental work will be established in Ambala Cantonment constituency.
- He said that an amount of Rs 217. 32 lakh for laying water supply pipeline and other works in urban areas, Rs 45.81 lakh 81 for laying water supply pipeline under Jal Jeevan Mission and Rs 90.05 lakh for sewerage system will be spent. Similarly, an amount of Rs 290.65 lakh has been approved for the provision of rain water, strengthening the drain system, rain water system in seven colonies adjoining the housing board.
- Sh. Vij informed that an amount of Rs 551.30 lakh has been approved for installation of tube wells in different areas of Ambala Cantonment.
