Chandigarh, October 10 – Haryana Minister of State for Women and Child Development,

Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda said that all the appointments that were previously made under Outsourcing Policy I and II will now be done through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam.

This move will not only prevent exploitation of employees working on contract basis, but will also play a pivotal role in ensuring ample employment opportunities to eligible candidates, she added.

While listening to the grievances of the public at her residence at Kaithal today, Smt. Kamlesh Dhanda gave necessary directions to the concerned officers. She said that with the introduction of  this newly transparent appointment system implemented by the Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal, transparent and merit based appointment of employees  will now also be ensured even in the appointment of employees on  contract basis as well.

The Women and Child Development Minister said that outsourcing employees would be engaged through Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam in the state. For this, the Nigam will launch its portal from November 1, and the youth can apply there.

She said that employees appointed through various outsourcing agencies in various departments used to complain about not getting EPF, ESI facility, but now they will get all these facilities.

She said that not only will the deserving youth get employment through the Haryana Kaushal Rozgar Nigam, but training would also be arranged from time to time for their skill development.
