Chandigarh, March 16- Haryana State Pharmacy Council President, Sh. Dhanesh Adhlakha said that in his reply to Mission Director, NHM, Haryana, Sh. Prabhjot Singh he had informed that in the investigation of the pharmacy registration of Sh. Devendra Goyal and Smt. Priyanka Jindal, who were son and daughter in law of former head K.C. Goel, it was found that Class 12 certificates of both of them were fake.

In addition, Sh. Raj Kumar Verma, Registrar, Haryana State Pharmacy Council said that Haryana State Pharmacy Council has not indulged in any kind of embezzlement nor corruption. A case of corruption was registered against Former President, Sh. K.C. Goyal in Vigilance and he is out on bail granted by the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Vice-President, Sh. Sohan Lal Kansal said that elections to the Haryana State Pharmacy Council are on cards, so new allegations are being leveled every day though none of the charges have been proved. But every day there is a conspiracy to defame the Council. The present Deputy President of Pharmacy Council Sh. Sohan Kansal is a witness in that case and is only playing politics to pressurize him.

Chairman of Pharmacy Council, Sh. Dhanesh Adhlakha said that no one should give any bribe. If any student has any problem regarding the registration then he/she can contact the head and registrar in the office. Haryana State Pharmacy Council is always with them and those who have pursued their Class 12 and pharmacy course from Haryana, their registration will be done automatically within 45 days. He said that till now registration of about 12000 students have been sent in 45 days and there was no need to worry. Only those who have pursued pharmacy fraudulently should worry, he added. He said that action would be taken against such persons at any cost.
