In memory of those who sacrificed their lives during the struggle for India’s freedom, the employees of all departments will observe a two minutes silence tomorrow that is on January 30 at 11 am.

Chandigarh, January 29 – In memory of those who sacrificed their lives during the struggle for India’s freedom, the employees of all departments will observe a two minutes silence tomorrow that is on January 30 at 11 am.
Giving this information, an official spokesperson said that instructions in this regard have been issued to all the district-level employees and officers as well as to the employees of the offices located in Chandigarh. By observing silence, we will express our gratitude towards the supreme sacrifice made by the bravehearts during the freedom struggle of the nation.
He said that as per the guidelines issued by the State Government, on the occasion of Shaheedi Diwas, all the instructions issued regarding prevention of Covid-19 pandemic and standard operating procedures have also been asked to be strictly followed.
