Sh. Rahul Uppal, took the charge as the Managing Director of Haryana State Cooperative APEX Bank Limited (HARCO) today.

• Chandigarh, March 8- Sh. Rahul Uppal, took the charge as the Managing Director of Haryana State Cooperative APEX Bank Limited (HARCO) today.
• The former Managing Director of the Bank, Dr. Shaleen and all the officers and employees were also present on the occasion.
• Sh. Uppal said that strengthening the cooperatives in the three-tier structure will be his priority. Speaking on the competition with other Banks he said that it is important to ensure complete computerization of management information system of Cooperative, Central Cooperative Banks and HARCO Banks in coordination. He said that the IT sector will play a crucial role in this regard.
• He further added that it is the priority of the Bank to provide loans to farmers at low rate of interest and to strengthen the financial condition of Cooperative Banks and to promote non-agricultural loans along with agricultural loans. He assured to devise a framework that will be relevant to the working of the HARCO Bank and Co-operatives for future, under the guidance of Chief Minister Sh. Manohar Lal and Cooperation Minister, Dr. Banwari Lal.
