The farmers of Ellenabad expressed their gratitude to Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal by offering the symbol of farming, a plough for fulfilling the promise of supplying water to every field of the state.

  • Chandigarh, March 24: The farmers of Ellenabad expressed their gratitude to Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal by offering the symbol of farming, a plough for fulfilling the promise of supplying water to every field of the state.
  • The Chief Minister was hearing public issues at his residence in Chandigarh. The delegation included farmers from Rajpura Sahni and farmers from around Ellenabad. They apprised the Chief Minister of the construction of a minor in their area; water is being supplied in every field. Apart from this, many development works have also been conducted by the State Government, which are benefitting the villagers.
  • The farmers said that social activities are also being conducted in the villages through Vikas Clubs. While interacting with the farmers Chief Minister announced an amount of Rs 5 lakh for the club. The Chief Minister also directed to run the Haryana Roadways bus via Khedi Rajpura Sahni. During this, the Chief Minister, directed the concerned officers to provide one more opportunity to obtain the requisite academic qualification due to delay in their PhD / NET, while resolving the issues of a delegation of Lecturers.
  • He said that according to the policy of March 4, 2020, officers should review the terms and conditions of semester and submit a report by April 5, 2021 after examining the workload in higher educational institutions.
  • On the demand of Primary Teachers’ Association, the Chief Minister said that benefits should be given to those who complete the three-year period under the Inter-District Transfer Policy. He said that teachers who have not yet joined, should join and options should be sought from those who have been at one place for three years and post them accordingly. In such a situation, teachers will not get the benefit of seniority.
  • The Chief Minister said that the JBT teachers who are employed in the work of Parivar Pehchan Patra and any other type of survey work are given honorarium from the State Government. Such teachers should do this work after school time. He said that the teachers should consider this as social work do it with full responsibility. It is the effort of the State Government to identify one lakh needy families and to bring them above the poverty line. On the demand of the Gram Panchayat, Jhajjar, the Chief Minister announced to upgrade the school of Dahod from this session to the Sanskriti Model School. He said that other gram panchayats of the state should take inspiration from Dahod Gram Panchayat and should lay emphasis on developing schools in their villages as model schools.
  • On the demand of the Private School Association, the Chief Minister said that the matter of School Leaving Certificate and Transfer Certificate case is under consideration of the State Government. A committee will be constituted by the State Government and a decision will be taken soon on the basis of its report. On the demand of the Stone Crusher Union, the Chief Minister directed to give exemption as per the rules of placing the Dharmakanta in the stone crusher mill.
  • On the demand of the Veterinary Association, the Chief Minister directed to take the decision for admitting candidates to VLDA Diploma course from medical stream. He also directed to rationalize VLDA posts at subdivision level as per norm and based on the number of animals. On the request of the Poultry Farm Association, the Chief Minister directed to write a letter to the Central Government for starting the vaccine for Bird Flu.
  • While interacting with the officers of Ravidas Sabha Kurukshetra, the Chief Minister said that necessary action should be taken in regard to the proposal pertaining to 5 acre land in village Umri. A grand memorial and building will be constructed on this land in the name of Sant Ravidas Ji. The Chief Minister said that the State Government is working for the betterment of the needy families. He also directed the office bearers to provide a list of such needy families who could be empowered financially by obtaining training for self-employment. The Chief Minister directed to give temporary permission for three months to the Hot Mix Plant which did not complete the road work on time during the COVID-19 period. Data Entry Operator Union expressed their gratitude to Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal for increasing their salary.

TC Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary, Haryana, Health & Family Welfare Department, Sh. Rajeev Arora, Additional Chief Secretary, Urban Local Bodies Department, Sh. SN Roy, Additional Chief Secretary, Finance and Planning Departments, Sh. TVSN Prasad, Principal Secretary, Haryana Higher Education Department, Sh. Anand Mohan Sharan, Director General, Elementary Education, Sh. Nitin Yadav, Director General, Higher Education, Sh. Vijay Singh Dahiya and Deputy Principal Secretary to Chief Minister, Smt. Ashima Brar and other senior officers.
