The proceedings of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam will be held on March 17, 2021 from 10.00 am to 03.00 pm at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Panchkula.
- handigarh, March 16- The proceedings of the Consumer Grievance Redressal Forum of Uttar Haryana Bijli Vitran Nigam will be held on March 17, 2021 from 10.00 am to 03.00 pm at the Office of the Executive Engineer, Panchkula. The chairman and other members of the forum will participate in it.
- While giving the information today, a spokesperson of the corporation said that the members of the forum will hear all kind of issues of consumers, mainly related to billing, voltage, metering complaints, disconnection and power supply interruptions, efficiency, safety, reliability reduction and lack of credibility and violation of orders of Haryana Electricity Regulatory Commission.
- However, cases related to investigation and accidents under Section-126 and Section-135 to 139 of Electricity Act and unauthorized use of electricity and Section-161 will not be heard by the Forum. All consumers are requested to take advantage of this opportunity for redressal of their grievances.
