- Chandigarh, March 17: While showing concern over the health of the agitating farmers who are camping on Haryana-New Delhi borders in Sonipat, Haryana Chief Minister, Sh. Manohar Lal today announced that COVID-19 testing camps have been set up at Kundli border for virus containment. However, the vaccination at these camps has begun from today and Farmers have already started getting COVID vaccination.
- Sharing more details in this regard an official spokesperson said that ensuring the safety of farmers’ against this deadly virus, the administration of COVID vaccination has been started at Farmers agitation site Kundli border. The vaccination doses are being administered at Rasoi Dhaba situated at the Kundli border.
- He said that team of doctors who are administering vaccination doses have already started to get a good response from farmers and a number of farmers have taken the vaccination.
- The Spokesperson said that the COVID vaccination started at Rasoi Dhaba situated at Kundli border is being done in coordination with Red Cross society Coordinator Smt. Saroj Bala.
- The Spokesperson said that Civil Surgeon Sonipat, Dr J. S Punia along with Senior Medical Officers, Dr. Aviral and Dr. Anvita are closely monitoring the vaccination drive which will continue in the coming days too. Besides this, a new COVID vaccination site has also been started today at HL city Bahadurgarh.
