BJP Mahila Morcha members tie Rakhi on wrist of CM

Members of BJP Mahila Morcha led by its President Rashim Dhar Sood tied Rakhi on the wrist of Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur on the occasion of ‘Rakshabandhan’ at his official residence ‘Oak Over’ here today. Vandana Guleria and other functionaries of the Morcha were present on the occasion.

Representatives of Brahamakumaris and women representatives of Tibetan community living in Shimla also tied Rakhi to the Chief Minister at its official residence.

Chief Minister said that Rakshabandhan was a great sacred verse of unity, acting as a symbol of life’s advancement and a leading messenger of togetherness and strengthens the bond of love between brothers and sisters.
