Crop insurance benefits to reach all farmers: Kashyap

• All departments to work in a time bound manner
• PWD to complete work on ASAP basis

Shimla, BJP State President and member of Parliament Shimla presided over the DISHA meeting held in Bachat Bhawan DC office shimla today.
Additional Deputy Commissioner Kiran Bhadana and ADM Protocal Sachin Kanwal were also present in the meeting. With then MLA Theog Rakesh Singha , ZP Shimla Chandra Prabha Negi, Mayor Satya Kaundal with representatives of 29 departments were also present in the meeting.
In the meeting Suresh Kashyap while appreciating the departments for their good work also pointed out where the departments have to speed up.
He pressed on that all works should be done a time bound manner ao that the general public is benefited from time to time.
While adressing the PWD Department he said the sime works are pending since 2013-14 and 2017-18 the departments shall finish the work on ASAP basis and report back with all documents.
He said that the officers must come for the meeting fully prepared and should also carry all supporting documents regarding exlanations and presentations.
He further added that a lot of beneficial Schemes have been introduced by the centre government but there is a dire need to pulicise the same on ground.
He stressed on PM Fasal beema yojna that farmers should gain the maximum out of these schemes.
Suresh kashyap was happy about the CA stores made under various goverment schemes that will benefit our farmers in a lager manner. We are currently working with 14 stores where we store upto 52843 MT of apples and 2 more CA stores are coming uo where we will be able to store aome 8550 MT of apples
He said jal shakti division is doing good work and we will complete our mission of water to all households by 2022.
He also said that dangerous tress should be given permissions to be done away with as they are a hazard to general public, permissions should also be seeked by departments from the concerned SDM’s.
He said there is great focus on social security of the public and though awerness campaigns our departments will will achieve the same.
We will be working in a target oriented manner.
