Suggestions invited on the Policy Guidelines and criteria for empanelment and rate fixation for Himachal Pradesh Government advertisements on News Websites
The Additional Chief Secretary (I&PR) to the Government of Himachal Pradesh J.C. Sharma has intimated that the Finance Department has conveyed its approval ‘in principle’ to the policy guidelines and criteria for empanelment and rate fixation for Himachal Pradesh Government advertisements on news websites subject to adherence of the provisions of the HPFR, 2009 and consultation with the Finance Department on related matters having additional financial implications. Further, the Finance Department has advised to hold consultation with the stakeholders like Boards, Corporations, PSUs, Universities etc., place the draft in the public domain for inviting suggestions, if any, before taking further action.
Accordingly, the draft policy guidelines and criteria for empanelment and rate fixation for Himachal Pradesh Government advertisements on news websites have been shared with the stakeholders and also placed on the home page of the website www.himachalpr.gov.in of the Information and Public Relations Department.
Therefore, the concerned are requested to visit the above said website and go through the draft policy guidelines and send suggestion, if any, to the Director, Information and Public Relations on e-mail id: digitalmediaipr@gmail.com before 15th February, 2022.
