E-AUCTION OF GMADA SITES FROM AUG 4 TO AUG 16

An opportunity to purchase industrial, commercial and residential sites in Mohali

Chandigarh, July 27:

The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property in SAS Nagar. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of more than 40 sites for IT, Nursing homes, industrial, commercial and residential at SAS Nagar. The e-auction would be started at 9 am on August 4 and would end at 1 pm on August 16, 2021.

Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 26 booths, 5 SCO/ SCF, 4 IT plots, 1 Group Housing site, 1 school and 2 other educational sites are available in the e-auction. The GMADA has fixed the base price of these properties and for more information interested persons can visit the official website www.puda.e-auctions.in .
