Verma and the application filed on behalf of the State of Punjab for examining the Status Reports filed in the Court in the year 2018 be taken up on priority basis and after examining the same, an order be passed to enable the prosecuting agency to proceed as per law. The Hon’ble Bench considered this plea raised on behalf of the State of Punjab by the Advocate General A.P.S.
