Parent-teacher meetings to be held on 26th and 27th July to improve students’ learning
Chandigarh, July 24
The Punjab School Education Department has directed to conduct parent-teacher meetings in all the schools on July 26th and 27th, 2021 to evaluate and further improve the education of the students from class VI to XII.
Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of the school education department said that a letter has been issued by the Director SCERT Mr. Jagtar Singh in this regard. The teachers have been directed to reach out to the children and their parents during these meetings. The purpose of these meetings is to improve the education of the students by identifying the shortcomings. During the meetings, the teachers have been asked to share all the information about the children to their parents regarding their health care, the assessment for the month of July and national achievement survey.
The instructions have been issued to the teachers to follow directions regarding Covid-19.
