Shimla | July 8: The Himachal Pradesh Higher Education Department has issued fresh instructions to government colleges across the state. The department has made it clear that teachers must conduct regular classes. Simply reporting to college or marking attendance will not be enough.
The new directions have been issued to improve the quality of higher education. Officials want students to receive regular classroom teaching without unnecessary interruptions. Therefore, all colleges have been asked to strictly follow the academic timetable.
