Donald Trump declared a state of emergency

Due to the rising cases of coronavirus, the United States has declared a state of emergency on Friday. Many European countries went on a war footing amid mounting deaths as the world mobilized to fight the widening coronavirus pandemic. President Donald Trump made this emergency decree at the white house, he also announced that the drug company executives will work together and with the help of the government they will quickly expand the country’s coronavirus testing capabilities, which are far behind those in many countries. 

The US emergency decree will open up $50 billion for the state and local governments to respond to the outbreak, said Trump. As the US struggles to slow the spread of the virus, the governors of the six states that are Florida, Iowa, Louisiana, New York, Rhode Island, and Washington, they sought National Guard troops.
