The Administrator stressed that maintaining error-free electoral rolls is essential for safeguarding democratic participation. Officials reviewed measures aimed at including all eligible voters, removing duplicate and ineligible entries, correcting inaccuracies, and ensuring that every qualified citizen has the opportunity to exercise their right to vote. Special attention was also given to booth-level verification drives and the use of technology to streamline voter registration processes.

Election authorities informed the meeting about ongoing awareness campaigns designed to encourage voter enrollment, particularly among first-time voters, women, senior citizens, and persons with disabilities. Governance experts and election analysts welcomed the focus on voter list accuracy, noting that credible electoral rolls are essential for maintaining trust in democratic institutions. Civil society organizations also highlighted the importance of citizen participation in enrollment and verification exercises.
