Samba, Govt. Construction Resumes
Samba:- All types of construction works were completely halted after implementation of lockdown across the country to prevent spreading of Covid-19. infection.
As the lockdown, is now extended, the district administration Samba has now resumed many government constructions works so as to provide work to those who were without any means to earn their livelihood and were returning to their homes.
Likewise, after according of permission by the District Administration Samba, the construction work of Government Girls High School at Tarore has been resumed. The work was halted in the month of March in view of lockdown.
After the resumption of work, the labourers working on the said work are very happy.
The contractors and labourers have also welcomed the decision of District Administration Samba to resume construction work as this will, on one hand, provide employment and hence livelihood to the labourers and on another hand, the construction of government works will also take place.
