Mohali: A 48-year-old government school headmaster died at a Mohali hospital on Sunday morning, three days after unidentified assailants allegedly attacked him outside his home in Sunny Enclave, Kharar.
The victim, Gursevak Singh, was reportedly attacked with sharp weapons by men travelling in a white car. He suffered serious stab injuries and was admitted to a hospital in Mohali. He later succumbed to his injuries early Sunday morning.
The incident has sent shockwaves through the local teaching community.
