Shimla | July 8: The India Meteorological Department (IMD) has issued a Yellow Alert for heavy rain in Kangra, Mandi, Shimla, Solan, and Sirmaur districts of Himachal Pradesh. According to the weather department, monsoon activity will remain active until July 11. As a result, several parts of the state may witness heavy rainfall, thunderstorms, and lightning.
