Serious allegations have surfaced against police personnel in Ambala, where a lawyer has accused officials of assault, humiliation, and making caste-based remarks. The matter has now reached the High Court, triggering judicial scrutiny into the alleged conduct of police officials.
According to the allegations presented before the court, the incident is said to have occurred in connection with an interaction at an Ambala police station. The petitioner, a practicing lawyer, has claimed that he was physically assaulted by police personnel and subjected to degrading treatment, including being forcibly stripped and insulted.
