Former AAP MLA Amarjit Singh Sandoa has strongly denied any connection to an alleged immoral trafficking case after investigators summoned him for questioning. The development has drawn attention across Punjab, with Sandoa accusing political opponents of trying to tarnish his image ahead of future political battles.
Reacting to the summons, Sandoa said he has no involvement in any illegal activity and described the allegations as baseless. He claimed that certain individuals are attempting to damage his reputation through false accusations and politically motivated actions. According to him, the summons forms part of a larger conspiracy designed to weaken his public standing.
Sandoa also expressed confidence in the legal process and said he would fully cooperate with investigators. He maintained that the truth would emerge during the course of the inquiry and that he has nothing to hide.
Authorities continue to investigate the case and gather evidence related to the alleged trafficking network. Officials have not announced any charges against Sandoa at this stage. The summons serves as part of the ongoing investigation, and authorities are expected to continue questioning individuals linked to the case.
The matter has sparked political discussion in Punjab, with supporters backing Sandoa’s claims while critics demand a thorough investigation. As the probe moves forward, many will watch closely to see what evidence investigators uncover and whether the case takes a new turn.
For now, Sandoa remains firm in his denial and insists that political rivals are using the controversy to target him and damage his reputation.
